What is unique about this weight loss program, is the life coaching section at the beginning of the E-Book. We use a tool that I designed called a life-plan. This helps you define the reasons why you want to pursue your weight loss. This is done by going through the life plan where you will be identifying your main values and based on those values, I help you put a plan in place that will help you reach your various goals in life.
On the ebooks for weight loss, I strongly suggest that you follow the cleansing program first because once you system is detoxified the fat loss occurs faster. After the cleansing program, you can choose either to follow the accelerated weight loss program or the lean-up program depending upon how much weight and excess fat you need to lose.
As well, I have travel meal plans designed for people who need to continue on the weight loss program while they are travelling. There is also a section with the basic natural supplements for each nutritional deficiencies and needs, taking into account your age factor and activity level.

There is also a list of foods with nutritional value that I recommend as lean and calorie conscious treats outside of your home. As a bonus, there is a section at the end of the book that gives you what foods are high in certain trace minerals and nutrients. It also shows you what ailments may occur if you are deficient in these nutrients in your diet for too long.
